30-DAY RETURNS
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with original tags. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer.

Which sizes are available?
Alfonso runs XS to 2XL. Every size's exact garment measurements — chest, shoulder and sleeve — are listed in the size chart above, so you can check the fit before you choose rather than guess from a size label alone.
Are the size chart numbers based on the model or the shirt?
The shirt itself. Every number in the size chart is a garment measurement, taken directly from the shirt, flat — not an estimate based on anyone's body. The simplest way to use it: lay a well-fitting shirt you already own next to these numbers and match the closest size.
What is Alfonso made from?
A 70% polyester and 30% cotton blend, chosen specifically for its resistance to creasing and its ability to hold shape through movement. It's the reason Alfonso comes out of the dryer ready to wear.
How do I wash and care for it?
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. No ironing, no steaming, no special routine — Alfonso is built for wash-and-wear ease from day one.
Does it really stay wrinkle-free through the day?
That's the point of the fabric. The poly-cotton blend and its finish are engineered to resist creasing through movement — from the first meeting of the morning to the last plan of the evening — with no touch-ups in between.
When should my order arrive?
Processing normally takes 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is typically 8–15 business days after dispatch depending on destination, subject to delays — some destinations may take a little longer.
What if it's not right for me?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a voluntary return — email us at contact@eunoiacopenhagenshirts.com with your order number and we'll confirm the details. If you're in the EU or EEA, you also have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right requiring no reason at all. Once a return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Items should be unworn, unused and unwashed with tags attached; change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer, exactly as disclosed here.
